KS Assembly amended Rules of Procedure to allow online sessions

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Sarajevo Canton Assembly today, at its seventh emergency session, adopted amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the KS Assembly, to enable this legislative body to work online. 

The Speaker of the Assembly stated that the amendments to the Rules of Procedure are in accordance with legal regulations. 

“Due to the global pandemic, the KS Government made a decision on a natural disaster due to the coronavirus, the KS Assembly decided to amend the Rules of Procedure to allow for online sessions”, the Decision states. 

After the session, the Collegium of the KS Assembly reconvened. 

We remind you that the Houses of the FBiH Parliament amended their rules of procedure for the same reasons.
