EPBiH Assembly Appointed Members of EPBiH Supervisory Board

(Patria) - The seventy-sixth (extraordinary) Assembly of JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. - Sarajevo, directly convened by the Government of the Federation of BiH, held on August 22, 2023, in Sarajevo, passed a Decision on the dismissal of members of the Supervisory Board.

On behalf of state capital, before the expiry of their term, and due to loss of shareholder confidence, the following were dismissed: Dr. sci. Izet Žigić, Dr. sci. Milenko Obad, Dr. sci. Admir Softić, Dr. sci. Safet Isić, Muhidin Zametica, and Selvedin Subašić. Ivan Gržić, a member of the Supervisory Board appointed on behalf of private capital, was dismissed at his personal request.

The Assembly of JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. - Sarajevo passed a Decision on the election and appointment of members of the Supervisory Board of JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. - Sarajevo, effective August 23, 2023.

Ženja Ljubuškić, Damir Okanović, Vedran Kaser, Dr. sci. Milenko Obad, Idham
Kruško, and Edin Hamzić have been appointed as acting members of the Supervisory Board of JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. - Sarajevo on behalf of state capital, for a period until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum period of up to three months.

Ivan Gržić has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. - Sarajevo on behalf of private capital (group of shareholders with more than 5% of voting shares) for a term of four years.
