SCANDALOUS Željana Zovko presents the Old Bridge as 'Croatian heritage'

(Patria) - On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the opening of the Old Bridge in Mostar, Croatian MEP Željana Zovko, also Vice-President of the EPP Group, will present in Brussels “material and immaterial heritage of Croatia and BiH”.
In this context, the Old Bridge in Mostar is presented as part of “Croatian heritage in BiH”.

The announcement itself is, of course, a gross falsification, and it will be interesting to see if Zovko will also tell those present that the Old Bridge was destroyed in the joint action of HVO and the Croatian Army, as evidenced by the latest footage of the destruction released last year.



The content of the recorded material, with brutal curses, "juicy" comments, and bursts of approval and celebration for every direct hit of a shell on the body of the Bridge, also undeniably testifies that the Old Bridge with its entire historical core was shelled and destroyed out of pathological hatred for Islamic historical heritage, and not as a "military target" in any way.

It will be important to see if the shameful role of the masterminds of this planetary cultural crime, from which official Zagreb and the Croatian power structure in Mostar and Herzegovina have never distanced themselves, will be mentioned at the mentioned gathering, Vijesti.ba reports.
