House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament Session: Will the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Land Use be Withdrawn?

(Patria) - After the summer break, the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina continues its work today. At today's session, it should become clearer who now constitutes the majority in this house, and after the change of government in the Una-Sana Canton, NES, with its four representatives, will be a helping hand to the Trojka and HDZ, who do not have a sufficient majority. The first test will be the adoption of the agenda.

The session is scheduled for 10:00 AM, and the following agenda has been proposed: Bill on Amendments and Additions to the Law on the Amount of Default Interest Rate on Public Revenues – Urgent Procedure, Bill on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Land Use at the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Level – Shortened Procedure. These amendments stipulate that the FBiH Government makes decisions on land use, instead of it being processed through the FBiH Parliament houses as it has been until now.

The agenda also includes the analytical report of the Fund for Environmental Protection of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2024, the report on the work and financial-material operations of the Federal Agency for Management of Confiscated Property, and the report on the work and financial-material operations of the Federal Agency for Management of Confiscated Property.

On September 23, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina withdrew the Proposal of the Law on Experts, which was supposed to be considered by the representatives, the Proposal of the Law on Mining of FBiH, and the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Displaced Persons and Returnees in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Refugees from Bosnia and Herzegovina from the agenda of the scheduled session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
