House of Peoples session on April 8th already doomed to fail, SNSD delegates will not attend

(Patria) - An emergency session of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 8th, but it is already clear that the session will not be held because three delegates from SNSD will not attend. For a quorum to be met, three delegates from each club must attend the session.

The Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Nikola Špirić, informed the Speaker of the House, Kemal Ademović, that three delegates from the Club of the Serb People will not attend the session scheduled for Wednesday, April 8th.

In his letter, Špirić stated that Ademović, to whom he had pointed out in an informal conversation that the session should not be scheduled during weeks of major Orthodox and Catholic holidays, had scheduled the session on his own initiative.

"For the reasons stated, as well as previously undertaken commitments, I inform you that three delegates from the Club of the Serb People will not be able to attend the scheduled session," Špirić stated in the letter, Srna reports.

Špirić called on Ademović to return to the practice of coordinating dates with the other two members of the Collegium in order to avoid such situations.
