(Patria) - Talks between the United States and Iran in Pakistan will likely be held on Monday, April 20, although the date has not yet been officially announced, reports The Wall Street Journal, citing a high-ranking US administration official, TASS reports.
According to that official, US President Donald Trump's team participating in the talks is on standby ahead of the negotiations.
Several rounds were held last weekend, but no solution was reached for a permanent end to the conflict.
The two sides agreed to a two-week ceasefire on April 8.
