Sitting Volleyball: BiH National Team Plays Kazakhstan on Sunday

The BiH national sitting volleyball team will play its first match at the World Championship against the national team of Kazakhstan on Sunday, June 15.

The national team members departed from Sarajevo Airport on June 11, and training has already begun. The official opening ceremony of the World Championship is on June 14 at 5:00 PM, and it will last from June 15 to June 21.

The World Championship is held in Elbląg, Poland, and 16 national teams divided into four groups will participate. The BiH national team is placed in Group C with the selections of Brazil, Croatia, and Kazakhstan.

Our team will play its second match on June 16 against Brazil, and the third on June 17 against Croatia.

For Bosnia and Herzegovina in Poland, the players will be: Sabahudin Delalić (captain), Asim Medić, Dževad Hamzić, Adnan Manko, Safet Alibašić, Ismet Godinjak, Mirzet Duran, Nizam Čančar, Benis Kadrić, Adnan Kešmer, Ermin Jusufović, and Muhamed Kapetanović, reports NAP.

Interestingly, three BiH national teams are playing matches on Sunday. The football national team against Argentina, the handball rematch against Iceland, and the sitting volleyball match against Kazakhstan, writes NAP.
