Široki and Sarajevo tonight at Pecara in fight for the first trophy of the season

Footballers of Široki Brijeg and Sarajevo are playing the return leg of the BiH Cup final tonight at the Pecara stadium, writes Patria.

Široki Brijeg won the first match at Koševo 1:0, and tonight in front of their fans, they have the opportunity to confirm the excellent result from Sarajevo and win the trophy.

On the other hand, Sarajevo must go all out from the first minute, as only a victory with two or more goals scored will bring the trophy to the burgundy team.

Sarajevo will be weakened in tonight's match, as coach Mehmed Janjoš will not be on the bench due to a suspension earned against Zrinjski.

- Our goal from the very beginning is the trophy. We are playing in front of our fans, I am confident in great support and that we will be the ones to celebrate in the end. We were convincing at Pecara in the Cup, I expect something similar in the final, even more possession and a better performance. The players deserve the euphoria that has arisen, we have beaten the best opponents in the Cup. Tomorrow is their day, let them put emotions aside and focus on performance – said Široki coach Goran Sablić at yesterday's press conference.

Sarajevo stopper Adnan Kovačević believes his team has the strength to achieve victory and make up for the deficit from the first match.

- One goal changes the situation. We still have our chances and I believe we will win the Cup. Last weekend we scored two goals in Mostar, played well, although we didn't win, but we believe we will succeed in our intentions on Wednesday. We want to achieve the best possible results. We are aware of the importance of the match. It will not be easy, but we will give our best from the first minute – emphasized Kovačević.

The match between Široki Brijeg and Sarajevo is played tonight at 8 PM at the Pecara stadium.
