SIPA conducts searches in Kalesija and Zvornik

As a continuation of activities related to the terrorist attack on the police station in Zvornik, which occurred on April 27, 2015, members of the joint investigation team are searching facilities at two locations in the areas of Kalesija and Zvornik. The searches are being conducted under orders from the BiH Prosecutor's Office and the BiH Court, as announced by SIPA, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

Residential buildings and other premises used by a person with initials M.D. are being searched, with the aim of finding and temporarily seizing items that can be linked to the criminal offense of "Terrorism" under Article 201 of the BiH Criminal Code and that can serve as evidence in further proceedings.

Criminal processing of individuals with initials K.M. and A.F.H., who were arrested yesterday and brought to the official premises of the SIPA Regional Office in Tuzla, is still ongoing.

Following the criminal processing, their further status will be decided in accordance with the instructions of the acting prosecutor.

Members of the joint investigation team are intensively continuing their activities with the aim of shedding light on this event and documenting the criminal offense.
