SIPA arrests three persons for inciting national hatred in Bihać

(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency today (07.10.2025), acting on an order of the Municipal Court in Bihać and under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Una-Sana Canton, conducted searches at three locations in the area of Bihać, during which items that may serve as evidence in further proceedings were discovered and temporarily seized.

Three persons were deprived of liberty on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of "Incitement to National, Racial and Religious Hatred, Discord or Intolerance" as prescribed by the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The persons deprived of liberty will, after criminal processing and examination as suspects, be handed over to the further jurisdiction of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Una-Sana Canton.

This operational action was carried out in cooperation with police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Una-Sana Canton.
