SIPA arrested in Bihać, Velika Kladuša, Mostar...

(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency yesterday (03/20/2025) in the operational action "Orion", in the area of Bihać and Velika Kladuša, during searches at two locations discovered and temporarily seized one kilogram and 200 grams of a substance resembling the narcotic drug cocaine, six automatic rifles, one pistol, a larger quantity of ammunition of various calibers, several ammunition magazines, one digital scale, 8,160.00 US dollars in various denominations suspected to be counterfeit, as well as other items that may serve as evidence in further proceedings.

Four individuals were deprived of liberty, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of "Unauthorized Production and Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs" prescribed by the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The individuals deprived of liberty, after criminal processing and questioning as suspects, were handed over to the further jurisdiction of the acting prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Una-Sana Canton.

The aforementioned activities were carried out based on verbal orders from the Municipal Court in Bihać and the Municipal Court in Velika Kladuša, under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Una-Sana Canton, and in cooperation with police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Una-Sana Canton.

Also yesterday, during operational activities in the field, under the codename "Astra", in the area of Mostar, searches of two individuals and a passenger motor vehicle were carried out, during which two kilograms of a white powdery substance resembling the narcotic drug speed were discovered and temporarily seized.

Two individuals were deprived of liberty, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of "Unauthorized Production and Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs" prescribed by the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The individuals deprived of liberty were taken to SIPA premises for criminal processing and questioning as suspects. Their further status will be decided by the acting prosecutor in the case.

The aforementioned activities were carried out by verbal order of the Municipal Court in Mostar, under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Mostar, and in cooperation with police officers of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton.
