(Patria) - The Cantonal Board of the Independent Union of Primary Education and Upbringing of Sarajevo Canton sent a letter to the Prime Minister of KS Nihad Uko and the relevant Minister Naida Hota-Muminović, demanding the annulment of the public competition for hiring employees in primary schools.
"The Independent Union of Primary Education and Upbringing of FBiH - Cantonal Board of the Independent Union of Primary Education and Upbringing of KS has received many letters from candidates who applied for the public competition for hiring employees in primary schools in the KS area, whose applications were submitted through the Module.
Candidates have expressed their dissatisfaction and pointed out the malfunctioning of the electronic system for hiring employees.
They particularly emphasize that they will be harmed by this method of hiring employees, as they will be jobless, all because their documentation was not properly verified. They point out that the system is not practical and feasible.
We believe that before the competition was announced, regulations should have been harmonized, as well as a special act adopted to define the profile and professional qualifications.
As a precaution, we want to point out that many employees will be forced to file objections, appeals, inspection requests, and ultimately initiate court proceedings.
Given the above, we hereby submit the relevant request and expect you to urgently and without any delay get involved in resolving the problem," the letter signed by the president of the Cantonal Board of the Independent Union of Primary Education and Upbringing of KS, Saudin Sivro, states.
