(Patria) - The Union of the Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices of Bosnia and Herzegovina in a press release, regarding dilemmas about the representativeness of the Union of Civil Servants and Employees of Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
„If we are not favored, and especially if we are challenged as the representative Union of the Agency for Medicinal Products of Bosnia and Herzegovina, we will consider the possibility of leaving and seeking representativeness for our Union of the Agency for Medicinal Products of Bosnia and Herzegovina and leave the possibility of joining with related unions such as the Union of the Food Control Agency and possibly the Union for the Forensic Laboratory“, they point out from the Union of the Agency for Medicinal Products.
When it comes to the Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Union points out that they, as an Agency, earn financial resources on the market, thus filling the Budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina, while having the lowest incomes compared to other healthcare workers.
„An initiative was launched and a Draft Decision on salary increases was proposed, unfortunately only for healthcare workers in the Agency for Medicinal Products. The policy and the Union's demand was for all employees in the Agency. We were suggested and told that not everyone could be included in the first phase, and in the end we agreed.
We will not give up on our demands; that is the minimum we are asking for, and we once again ask the Council of Ministers to take us seriously and help resolve the poor material status“, they say from the Union of the Agency.
