(Patria) - Three items related to laws in the energy sector have been removed from the agenda of the session of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. 42 delegates voted for the agenda without these laws, six abstained, while 15 were against.
The Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH, Nermin Nikšić, submitted an act to the deputies requesting the postponement of the consideration of three proposed energy laws and their inclusion on the agenda after they are considered by the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament. This was requested by the HDZ BiH.
Delegate Irfan Čengić (SDP BiH) said that the issue of these laws is being politicized and that he is disappointed that they are being withdrawn. He added that the House of Representatives has not adopted or considered the laws for seven months and considers the leadership of that house responsible for the laws being on hold.
