Seselj's Chetniks say he will not return to The Hague

After the Hague Prosecutor's Office announced that it would seek the return of Vojislav Seselj to custody, the Serbian Radical Party issued a statement to the public, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

"Regarding the request of the prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal to revoke the decision on the temporary release of Prof. Dr. Vojislav Seselj, the Serbian Radical Party can only state that this is exclusively a political order carried out by Serge Brammertz on behalf of the regime in Belgrade and Zagreb.

The Serbian Radical Party reminds the public that when the first initiative was launched ex officio for temporary release, the Hague Tribunal asked Prof. Dr. Vojislav Seselj to state his position, and he then unequivocally stated that he would engage in politics, hold rallies, give media statements, and attack the Hague Tribunal everywhere as an anti-Serb illegal court.

Prof. Dr. Vojislav Seselj will not respond to the panicked cries of the Hague Tribunal, because before his final release, he did not submit any request, nor did the Hague Tribunal set any conditions for him.

The return of Dr. Vojislav Seselj has caused total confusion among the ranks of the current regime, and it is clearly evident that Serge Brammertz is acting as a spokesperson for Aleksandar Vucic.

The Hague Prosecutor's Office is politically instrumentalized, and the goal of this joint action by the Prosecutor's Office and the regime in Belgrade is to remove Vojislav Seselj from the Serbian political scene so that all demands from Brussels and Washington can be implemented unimpeded and without resistance, and the destruction of Serbia completed," reads the statement from the Serbian Radical Party (SRS).
