The Hague Tribunal will not ask the Government of the Republic of Serbia to return Vojislav Šešelj to Scheveningen until the verdict is pronounced in September, writes Blic, as reported by the news agency Patria.
Šešelj will then have two options - either to return to prison peacefully or to be arrested.
Until then, the Hague tribunal should collect all of Šešelj's medical documentation, which will be a months-long task since the radical leader has forbidden his doctors from giving any documents to the Court.
We remind you that the trial chamber of the Hague court on Friday requested a report on Šešelj's illness from his doctors, instead of simply confirming the Appeals Chamber's decision on his return to Scheveningen.
