SDS, PDP and DNS to Support Grujičić for Mayor of Srebrenica

(Patria) -- Opposition parties in the Republic of Srpska, SDS, PDP and DNS, will support joint candidate Mladen Grujičić in the repeated elections in Srebrenica, and in Doboj they will agree on support for the joint opposition candidate, the leaders of these parties announced after a meeting in Bijeljina.

The President of SDS, Mirko Šarović, told reporters that the opposition gathering, which this time was joined by DNS, shows their, as he says, openness and desire for there to be as many opposition figures in the Republic of Srpska as possible, RTRS reports.

Šarović said that they will continuously hold opposition meetings, and for the next meeting, which should be held in February, he announced the presence of Nebojša Vukanović.

The President of PDP, Borislav Borenović, said that the opposition meeting shows their determination in the intention to, as he says, change the situation in RS, emphasizing the importance of strong institutions and preservation of resources.

The President of DNS, Nenad Nešić, said that he is satisfied to have attended the opposition meeting, stating that they should get closer, and that there are no conflicts within the opposition and these three parties.

The opposition meeting was held in Bijeljina.
