SDP BiH: The truncated FBiH Government makes key decisions far from the public eye

It sounds unbelievable, but it is true that the current composition of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, from the very beginning, hid all its key documents and published them only under pressure from the public and the opposition, but only after they became final, without the possibility of changing them. In doing so, the FBiH Government practically assumed the role of the Parliament, it was announced today from the Social Democratic Party of BiH, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

- Yesterday and today we are witnessing the implementation of a telephone-confirmed amateur initiative for a multiple increase in fuel levies, without any serious analysis by the proposer, which again represents a new blow to citizens. If the price of relieving businesses is new levies on citizens, then the Government of Fadil Novalić has evidently lost its compass.

Also, it sounds scandalous that the Government formed its own company, without the public being informed about it even afterwards, so the question arises as to what is the purpose and intention of this secret move by the Government? It is particularly surprising that the Government, completely illegally, handed over to the new company assets from the passive sub-balance of the FBiH worth more than one billion KM. 

The question is, how long will the Government behave like a saboteur within its own competencies and among its own citizens, and where is the measure of arrogance, which obviously does not end only with personnel changes and deliberate deception of the public with inaccurate statistical data on employment, but with constant hidden moves, such as the shameful signing of a protocol that undermines the judiciary at the state level.

Given that this is a Government that has been arrogant, irresponsible and non-transparent since its formation, and it is a Government that does not have parliamentary support, we publicly ask the leadership of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament why a session on the vote of no confidence in the Government, for which all deadlines have expired, has not been scheduled for weeks?

Obviously, the violation of all procedures in the adoption of the Labor Law without a reaction from the competent authorities, and even the international community, has encouraged the truncated government to continue disrespecting the FBiH Constitution and the Rules of Procedure of the FBiH Parliament.
