SDA: Party leadership leaves decision on HNK Government to Cantonal Committee, partnership with NES unquestionable due to state interests!

(Patria) - The leadership of the Party of Democratic Action has left the decision on forming a coalition and the new convocation of the HNK Government to the Cantonal Committee of SDA HNK, with a recommendation to maximally preserve relations with NES.

This is stated in the response of the SDA Press Service to the inquiry of the Patria Agency.

"We believe that the cantonal organizations of our parties will continue successful cooperation in mutual interest," the statement reads.

SDA does not think that yesterday's negotiations, led by the cantonal committees of SDA and NES under the patronage of the leadership of both parties, have failed.

"SDA in HNK has made a decision to preserve and improve partnership relations with NES," the response to Patria states.

When it comes to the future relationship between SDA and NES, both at the cantonal and higher levels, SDA says that the story about the HNK Government should not affect that relationship.

"The cooperation between SDA and NES is based on a common concern for the interests of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the position of the Bosniak people, as well as strengthening the pro-Bosnian bloc in general. Of course, cooperation at the cantonal level is also important. Therefore, SDA has shown goodwill for strengthening partnership relations and a selfless approach in forming governments in the Una-Sana and Zenica-Doboj Cantons," we were told by the SDA Press Service.
