SDA: The Trojka, by yielding to Dodik, causes irreparable damage to the citizens of the Federation

(Patria) - With their accommodating attitude towards coalition partners, the Trojka has, solely based on the distribution of indirect tax revenue, gifted Milorad Dodik's regime hundreds of millions of KM to the detriment of the citizens of the FBiH, the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) announced.

"By agreeing to the latest change in coefficients for the distribution of money from indirect taxes in September 2023, which increased the percentage allocated to the RS entity to 34.44 percent, the Trojka actually agreed to redirect the money of the citizens of the FBiH to the budget managed by their coalition partner Milorad Dodik.

Despite the legal obligation to determine new coefficients every three months, the ruling Trojka-SNSD-HDZ coalition continues to distribute VAT revenue according to a coefficient that favors the RS entity," the statement reads.

Regardless of this, the Trojka's Deputy Minister of Finance and Treasury of BiH, while admitting that enormous amounts of money are being distributed to the detriment of the FBiH, states that they have no intention of changing such a money distribution system.

"According to the percentages and figures presented in the media by the Deputy Minister, this concerns hundreds of millions of KM that will flow from the Federation to the budget of Republika Srpska in 2025!", the SDA added.
