SDA condemns attack on property of delegate Dževad Mahmutović

(Patria) - SDA most strongly condemns the attack on the property of delegate in the Council of Peoples of RS Dževad Mahmutović, which took place this morning in Tuzla.

Bosniak officials in the RS entity are under constant pressure from the ruling regime, as they oppose the separatist policies and discrimination against Bosniaks.

Prof. Dr. Mahmutović is particularly active in the legal struggle, as the author of appeals through which unconstitutional laws and decisions of the entity authorities are annulled before the Constitutional Court of BiH. For this reason, he is a thorn in the side of the Greater-Serbian project.

The burning of Mahmutović's car in the garage, as well as the recent burning of the car of MP in the National Assembly of RS Amir Hurtić in Doboj, are obvious messages to all Bosniaks who are active in the politics of the RS entity.

We expect the competent police and judicial institutions to discover and most severely sanction the perpetrator of the attack, as well as any instigators, in an urgent investigation, it was announced.
