SDA: Minister Bogunić's resignation confirms Konaković's 'violence' against the law

(Patria) - The resignation of the Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Sarajevo Canton, Zineta Bogunić, accompanied by a clear explanation, proves that there are no conditions for lawful and conscientious work within the current Sarajevo Canton Government. After Minister Bogunić's resignation, it is clear to everyone that this development is a consequence of Elmedin Konaković's unscrupulous attempt to, against the law, achieve full political control over all sectors in Sarajevo Canton, including higher education institutions," stated the Sarajevo Canton SDA.

As they further announced, Minister Bogunić is the only one among the current ministers in the Sarajevo Canton Government who has a strong sense of responsibility and respect for legal obligations, thereby earning respect from all segments of the public.

"With her departure, Fortina's Sarajevo Canton Government loses its only serious minister, and the remaining part of the Sarajevo Canton Government is reduced to a group of amateurs who will carry out Elmedin Konaković's illegal orders and distribute budget money to his party and 'business' partners, as confirmed by the latest scandal in the Tourist Board. A series of scandals involving embezzlement of budget money, and Konaković's violence against laws, indicate that Fortina's government has embarked on its own self-destruction, because a Sarajevo Canton Government that has violated so many laws in such a short period and produced a whole series of scandals cannot seek further trust," reads the reaction from the Sarajevo Canton SDA.

Zineta Bogunić submitted her resignation from the position of Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Sarajevo Canton, stating "the inability to perform her duties conscientiously" as the reason.
