SDA: OHR must annul the decision on the referendum in RS

The decision of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska on holding a referendum on the work of the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH is taking concrete steps by appointing a Commission for the implementation of the referendum in the NA RS, reports the news agency Patria, it was announced from the SDA.

The SDA Collegium has once again condemned this Decision and expressed concern over the developments which represent a continuation of serious violations of the Dayton Peace Agreement and lead BiH and the entire region towards destabilization.

The OHR must immediately use its mandate and annul the decision on the referendum without delay.

Any delay will represent encouragement for destructive forces led by Dodik. Therefore, this decision must be annulled immediately, and its actors sanctioned, it was announced from the SDA.
