SDA, DF, and SBiH ask President Bradara, Vice Presidents Lendo and Stojanović to ensure compliance with the FBiH Constitution

(Patria) - On behalf of the clubs of deputies of SDA, DF, and SBiH in the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, I have officially submitted a request to the Vice President of the Federation of BiH Lidija Bradara and the Vice Presidents of the Federation of BiH Refik Lendo and Igor Stojanović to, in accordance with their constitutional obligation, take action to protect constitutionality in the Federation of BiH, announced Jasmina Bišćević Tokić, an SDA deputy in the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament.

"We expect Bradara, Lendo, and Stojanović to support our request to the Constitutional Court of FBiH for the adoption of a temporary measure and to ask the House of Representatives of FBiH to withdraw the item concerning the election of a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH from the agenda until the Constitutional Court of FBiH makes a decision on the request we submitted, which concerns the assessment of the constitutionality of the session of the House of Representatives at which amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the House of Representatives were adopted," stated Bišćević Tokić.

She adds that the President and Vice Presidents of the FBiH have an opportunity to show the public that they represent the interests of all citizens of the FBiH, that they respect the Constitution of the FBiH, and that they do not use their function for the needs of implementing party agendas.
