SDA will preserve the coalition with SBB, HDZ ministers are acting arbitrarily

The SDA Collegium, at today's session, once again confirmed its position on the Party's commitment to preserving the coalition with SBB. We expect this coalition to strongly continue with reform processes and economic recovery in the best interest of BiH and its citizens, it was announced from SDA, reports the Patria News Agency.

The SDA Collegium demands that the Minister of Finance in the FBiH Government revoke her decision on the distribution of public revenues, as it is illegal and made to the detriment of cantons with a Bosniak majority. The FBiH Government and the FBiH Parliament are asked to pay due attention to this issue and prevent the arbitrary actions of certain ministers from HDZ BiH.

The SDA Collegium demands that the institutions of BiH finally resolve the issue of a sustainable financing model for the RTV system. We expect the Council of Ministers of BiH to propose a law at its next session that will enable this. If this issue is again removed from the agenda of the Council of Ministers session, as it was done twice before, the SDA MPs Club in the PS BiH is tasked with proposing an appropriate law in the parliamentary procedure.

The SDA Collegium assessed the decision of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council to ban the wearing of headscarves by judicial office holders as shameful. The HJPC has exceeded its authority in this way and has disturbed the public, therefore, we demand that they revoke the aforementioned conclusion, according to the SDA statement.
