(Patria) - The decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH has been published, which found that the amendments to the FBiH Constitution imposed by Christian Schmidt discriminated against Others (Zuhrić and others ruling).
Valerija Galić and Marin Vukoja voted against the decision that established discrimination.
Let us recall, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina made a decision in the case "Albin Zuhrić and others" that the amendments to the FBiH Constitution and the Election Law of BiH adopted on October 2, 2022, by High Representative Christian Schmidt discriminate against Others because they were prevented from proposing candidates for the (Vice)President of the FBiH.
Namely, Constitutional Court judges Marin Vukoja and Valerija Galić did not support the decision that declared Schmidt's amendments to the BiH Constitution and the Election Law of BiH discriminatory.
Judge Vukoja and Judge Galić excluded their opinion from the decision that accepted the appeal in the case Albin Zuhrić and others, Istraga portal has learned.
In other words, Vukoja and Galić consistently follow the HDZ's policy when voting in the Constitutional Court of BiH. The parties of the "Trojka", who enabled Vukoja's election to the Constitutional Court of BiH with their support, assured us all along that he was a professional who would not be politically dependent.
