The Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the public of our country, learned from the media that the Government of the Federation of BiH, at a session held on August 27, adopted a Decision on establishing a commercial company “Intera” industry, technology and development d.o.o Sarajevo, whose activity, among other things, would be the management of non-perspective military assets and other assets inherited by the Federation of BiH in any other way, reports the Patrija news agency, as stated by S BiH.
-We would hereby ask the Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH to publicly clarify what non-perspective military assets the larger BiH entity disposes of, given that all military assets are part of state property belonging exclusively to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and not to the entities. It follows that, even if it exists, non-perspective military assets assigned to the entities must have gone through a parliamentary procedure at the state level, where only the Parliament of BiH could have renounced such assets. If such a law exists, we demand it be presented to the public.
The Decision on establishing the company “Intera” further states that the activity will be the management of other assets inherited by the Federation of BiH in any other way.
Here, it is also necessary to explain to the public what other assets the Federation has inherited and from whom, or perhaps expects to inherit some assets in the future? This is particularly important because it is known that public goods, roads, rivers, forests, etc., are owned by Bosnia and Herzegovina, regardless of which part or entity they are located in.
If there are no adequate and precise answers to these questions, it can reasonably be assumed that this involves preparations for the division of state property, which no one has the right to agree to, as it would literally and simply mean the end of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We have warned the public countless times and, when we were part of the government, stopped the division of state property. We call on all pro-Bosnian and Herzegovinian forces in BiH to thoroughly study this matter and not agree to the division of state property. It is important to emphasize that every parliamentarian can decide how to vote on their own and not be recorded in history as having voted for the dissolution of their own state, by raising their hand for its dissolution by granting property to the entities, as stated by S BiH.
