The Party for BiH warns the public that the explanation by the Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH, Fadil Novalić, regarding the reason for establishing the company Intera, which would deal with the management of non-prospective military property and other property, is at best unserious and an obvious confirmation of the violation of the laws and the Constitution of BiH, it was announced from SBiH, reports the Patria News Agency.
-Namely, Prime Minister Novalić states that Intera would be founded "so that the Federation of BiH acquires an industrial zone, which would be located on the site of the former Aviation Institute 'Orao' in Rajlovac." Mr. Novalić, based on his statement, should explain how the Federation will manage something that is not its own, because the Aviation Institute 'Orao' is presumably part of the military property that belongs to BiH.
Novalić further states in his announcement that "there are numerous interests in appropriating this zone, but the Government of FBiH has started negotiations with a certain strategic partner about a large investment for which FBiH must have space.".
The same question arises again, how will a foreign investor enter into an investment with the Federation of BiH on property that is not owned by the Federation of BiH? Therefore, the Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH is doing the same as Milorad Dodik, unconstitutionally and illegally appropriating state property and thus dividing BiH.
We quote: "Novalić further clarified that the decision to establish the company Intera does not concern ownership at all, but rather the management of property that no one is currently managing, and these are business premises in FBiH cities that are currently being used illegally." For the third time, the Prime Minister publicly admits that he illegally wants to manage something that is not an entity but state property, which in itself entails criminal liability.
The statement further states, justifying the establishment of Intera: "This is property that has been continuously devastated and alienated for years, and the intention of the Federal Government is its protection, and certainly not a change of ownership." Mr. Novalić should know that ownership and use are closely related, and that only the owner, in this case the BiH Parliament, can decide how to use everything that is in the possession of the state.
However, Prime Minister Novalić's last statement indicates that he does not master the subject at all, and publicly admits that he is absolutely unaware of what he is saying, and he said the following: "The Government of FBiH is well aware of the fact that the decision of the Parliament of FBiH is needed for the transfer of ownership, not for the right of management." For both issues, i.e., both ownership and management, a law at the state level is needed, and certainly not a Decision of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH.
The Party for BiH warns that a hidden attempt to divide state property is underway, especially considering that Intera was founded without the public being informed. No one has the right to remain silent about this, and this is not an issue that concerns one party nor should it be a topic of party disputes, but rather an issue of the survival of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We appeal to the public and all relevant political options, system institutions, media, and citizens to seriously address this issue so that it is not too late, after state property is secretly divided, and thus the foundations for the dissolution of Bosnia and Herzegovina are created, SBiH concludes.
