Association of War Veterans with Paraplegia: We Will Seek Equalization of Our Benefits with Those of FBiH Parliament Deputies

The Association of War Veterans with Paraplegia of the Federation of BiH will request from the Government and Parliament of FBiH to equalize the benefits of war military invalids with spinal cord injuries, quadriplegics and paraplegics of 100% first group with the benefits of deputies in the Parliament of FBiH.

The leadership of the association will address the public at a press conference on Wednesday, when they will present their demands.

The President of the Association, Mujo Aganović, told the Bosnian news agency Patria that this category of veterans currently receives slightly more than 800 KM in disability benefits, while the benefits of deputies in the Parliament of FBiH range between 2,700 and 2,900 KM. In the Federation of BiH, there are about 260 war veterans with paraplegia who will request an increase in monthly benefits, reports NAP.
