Today, the president of the Democratic Front and the deputy president of the SDA, Željko Komšić and Bakir Izetbegović, will meet in Sarajevo to discuss the DF's decision to break off negotiations on forming government at all levels, which has also jeopardized the coalition at the state level, the Patria News Agency has learned.
According to the information we received, Komšić will not give up on the demands that the SDA cease employing party-affiliated cadres and relatives in all cantons, at the federal and state levels, and that everything be returned to the initial positions, i.e., that all announced competitions for employment in the administration, which is already oversized, be annulled.
In the Sarajevo Canton alone, in ministries and public institutions, the SDA has employed as many as 63 people in the interim period while negotiations were underway.
