Citizens of Sarajevo, Tuzla, Mostar and Zenica Mark World Water Day with Oaza

On the occasion of World Water Day, which has been celebrated around the planet since 1993, 5,000 bottles of Oaza were distributed to citizens of Sarajevo, Mostar, Tuzla and Zenica, reports the Patria news agency.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is the richest in water of all countries in the region. According to World Bank data for 2012, Bosnia and Herzegovina is the country with the largest amounts of drinking water per capita - with 9,461 cubic meters, it is first in the region and seventh in Europe.

BiH is richer in water resources than many countries in the world, including China, France, Germany, Japan and the United States of America.

This year, the natural mineral water Oaza - Tešanjski kiseljak was awarded a silver medal for quality at this year's 25th International Water Tasting in Berkeley Springs, USA. In addition to this year's silver medal, Oaza has so far been evaluated at the "Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting Awards" first with a gold medal in 1998, then a silver medal in 2000, followed by a bronze medal in 2001, and a gold medal in 2002.

Oaza was once on the official menu of the White House. Oaza is a Bosnian wonder and one of the best mineral waters in the world.
