Sarajlić and Osmanović confirm battle within SDA over the name of the Council of Ministers mandate holder

The session of the SDA Personnel Commission has begun at the SDA headquarters in Sarajevo, where the name of the mandate holder for the new term of the BiH Council of Ministers will be discussed, reports a reporter from the Patria news agency.

As Commission President Asim Sarajlić said before the start of the session, he cannot speak about all the names at this moment, as some have arrived from the field, but he knows of two - Denis Zvizdić and Adil Osmanović.

-I really don't know other names because they came from the field and we will only find out now at the session. I expect that we will get the name of the mandate holder today, said Sarajlić.

Adil Osmanović, a member of the Personnel Commission and a candidate for mandate holder, said that all facts will be taken into account in a democratic process.

When asked by a Patria journalist whether he expects a rough vote override at the Commission and the session of the SDA Presidency, as has been the case in the past few months, Osmanović replied:

- I think it must not happen that we get the name for mandate holder by a narrow majority because it is an extremely responsible position. Perhaps the party Presidency will convene 2-3 times before we choose the name of the mandate holder.
