(Patria) - The derby of the 13th round of the BiH Premier League between Sarajevo and Borac was played tonight at Koševo, and the guests from Banja Luka lost their victory literally in the final seconds when Aničić scored a goal for 1:1.
These rivals recently tested their strength in Banja Luka and it was 1:1 then, with Borac scoring the equalizer in stoppage time of the second half from an offside position, which led to exchanges between the two camps even before this match.
It started brilliantly for the guests from Banja Luka, and very shockingly for the home players and fans, as Nišić scored in the second minute after being set up by Blagaić. The goal is also on goalkeeper Šahinović, who could have reacted much better in this situation.
Sarajevo could have equalized quickly, just three minutes later, but the post saved the guests after Hasić's shot from about 25 meters. In the 11th minute, Blagaić took a free kick and shot high over the goal.
At one point, the match was interrupted due to a large flare display by Sarajevo fans, who also created a spectacle in the north stand afterwards, but their support did not help the Sarajevo players this time.
Borac had a good chance in the 25th minute when Čavić shot from 16 meters, but just over the Sarajevo goal. Mustafić shot from 25 meters on the other side in the 30th minute, but Mijatović saved it easily.
Until the end of the first half, there was another interruption due to flares, fortunately it didn't last long, and the score remained unchanged. At the start of the second half, Penaranda tried an attractive move, but unsuccessfully.
Sarajevo had a good opportunity in the 50th minute. Hasić had already beaten Mijatović, but Herrera saved. Blagaić then shot from 25 meters in the 64th minute, Šahinović was uncertain but fortunately Aničić followed up and cleared the ball in front of Lukić. Shortly after, Nišić tried, the ball went over the goal.
In the 71st minute, Herrera shot from a free kick, Šahinović saved with some uncertainty. Čataković had a good attempt from about 20 meters in the 72nd minute, but wide of the goal. Lukić could have settled everything, as a chance suddenly appeared for him in the 74th minute.
A big mistake by Aničić, Lukić stole the ball from him, he tried a lob shot to surprise Šahinović, but was inaccurate.
Sarajevo went all out. The home team had a player advantage as Pejović received a direct red card in the 82nd minute. Sarajevo had a good chance to equalize in the 88th minute, but substitute Kyeremeh shot just wide from a good position. In stoppage time, a well-rehearsed free-kick routine, Mustafić let the ball go, and Beganović's shot was blocked. And then, in stoppage time, Aničić found himself in a good position and sent the ball into the Banja Luka team's net.
Borac will host Željezničar, and Sarajevo will visit Posušje in the next round.
