Sarajevo seeks a miracle in front of 60,000 spectators

(Patria) - Sarajevo footballers will play the return match of the first qualifying round for the Champions League tonight at Celtic Park in Glasgow (8:45 PM).

The Scottish champions have a big advantage from the first match. Let's recall that Celtic triumphed at Koševo with a score of 3:1, even though Sarajevo had a minimal lead.

The Scots are absolute favorites again tonight, especially if we consider the fact that Celtic is undefeated in 13 consecutive home qualifying matches (11 wins, two draws).

Celtic will also have an additional tailwind tonight, as the stadium is sold out for this match. Almost 60,000 fans are expected in the stands. This will surely be the biggest match in the careers of all Sarajevo footballers, who showed in the first half of the match at Koševo that they are not absolute outsiders against the Scots.

The better team from this duel will play against Estonia's Nomme Kalju, which eliminated North Macedonia's Shkendija, while the defeated team will continue their journey through the Europa League, i.e., from the third qualifying round.

Alain Durieux from Luxembourg will officiate the match between Celtic and Sarajevo.
