Sarajevo celebrated at Tušanj, Rožman satisfied with the result, but not with the second-half performance

(Patria) - In the last match of the fourth round of the Premier League of BiH at Tušanj, Tuzla City and Sarajevo clashed, and the final score was 1:2.

Sarajevo had an excellent start to the match and by the middle of the first half, they had a two-goal lead. However, in the second half, they ceded possession to Tuzla City, who capitalized on it, but lacked the strength to equalize or achieve a comeback.

As early as the third minute, the Maroon team had a great chance. Avramovski passed to Oliveira, who brilliantly set up Ziljkić, who found himself face-to-face with Fejzić, but instead of shooting, he decided to dribble, and the Tuzla City goalkeeper intervened.

Just four minutes later, Čataković passed to Oliveira, who also went one-on-one with Fejzić, but again the home goalkeeper came out on top.

Mehanović tried to surprise Šahinović with a free kick in the 17th minute, but the ball only hit the outside of the net.

The Maroon team launched an excellent counter-attack. The ball eventually reached Čataković, who carried it for a while and then shot from about twenty meters, beating Fejzić to give Sarajevo the lead in the 19th minute.

Avramovski brilliantly won the ball from the home defense and passed it to Ziljkić, who found himself in a one-on-one situation with Fejzić and this time was accurate to give Sarajevo a 0:2 lead in the 25th minute.

In the 37th minute, the home team had a great chance. After a cross from the left, Bihorac headed the ball, but it went wide of the goal. A minute later, Nukić passed to Mehanović, who shot poorly from a good position.

Tuzla City had another chance in the 40th minute. Karjašević shot, and Šerbečić cleared for a corner, after which Bihorac shot again, and Šahinović saved.

In the 47th minute, Delimeđac shot from about thirty meters, and Šahinović sent the ball into a corner, after which Bihorac shot again, hitting the crossbar this time.

At the start of the second half, Vrančić passed to Beganović, who shot over the goal. Just a minute later, Tuzla City had a chance from a free kick. Mehanović shot, but was inaccurate.

Hadžić found himself alone in front of Šahinović, but Duraković cleared the ball at the last moment. It was a corner for the home team, and Šukilović was the tallest in the air, scoring to reduce the deficit in the 57th minute. Mehanović was credited with the assist.

Karjašević tried after a corner in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the goal.

In the 67th minute, Penaranda passed to Ikić, who shot and beat Fejzić, but the ball hit the post, and the home defense cleared the danger.

This was the second win in two matches for the new coach Simon Rožman.

The Slovenian expert was not satisfied with how the team looked in the second half.

“Congratulations to the players. It was a difficult period, and we started the match well, and the entire first half was at the level I want, but the second half was not at that level. We will analyze that. The players gave what they could, and these are important three points. They know that the play in the second half wasn't ideal, but you have to win some matches by the skin of your teeth, but far from how I would like us to look,” said Rožman, adding:

“Thank you to the fans for their support in difficult moments. We got three points against a tricky team.”

A minute later, Ziljkić tried a shot, but the ball went wide.

In the 70th minute, Mehanović crossed the ball into the penalty area, and Nikić tried to pass it back to Hadžić, but Šahinović successfully intervened.

Ziljkić tried again in the 83rd minute, but his shot was blocked.

It can be said in the end that the Maroon team deservedly won this match.
