Sarajevo took the lead, then lost: Sloga celebrated at Koševo

(Patria) - Sarajevo footballers were defeated tonight at the Asim Ferhatović Hase stadium in the first round of the new season of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina by Doboj's Sloga after a comeback with a score of 2:1.

Sarajevo had great support from their fans tonight, as after the boycott, Horde zla returned to the north stand and created a fantastic atmosphere throughout the match, but in the end they did not celebrate.

In the first ten minutes of the match, we saw an initial test of strength, and from the first real chance of the game, Sarajevo managed to take a 1-0 lead.

The Bordeaux club had several good chances to double their lead after the goal, but that did not happen. And just when the end of the first half was expected, Sloga managed to shock the home team and equalize at 1-1.

That they would be most dangerous from set pieces this season was seen in the 44th minute when Korać delivered a great cross, and the tallest in Sarajevo's penalty area was Vidić, who headed the ball into the net, capitalizing on a major mistake by Šahinović.

In the second half, the game was quite open on both sides. The first serious chance came in the 61st minute when Šipovac shot from an angle, but the post saved Sarajevo.

Just four minutes later, Sloga threatened again. This time Vidić had an opportunity, but the tall Sloga striker was not precise.

Sarajevo missed a big chance in the 68th minute. Kyeremeh made a great run down the right side and set up Renan, but the Brazilian striker failed to beat Sloga's goalkeeper this time and put the Bordeaux team back in the lead.

The punishment for this miss came just two minutes later. We saw total shock at Koševo after Nikola Dujaković crossed, and tonight's incredible Vidić again headed the ball into the net for a complete Sloga turnaround and a 2-1 lead.
