Sarajevo-osiguranje awarded QUDAL gold medal for quality

Sarajevo-osiguranje is the recipient of the gold medal for quality and the QUDAL – Quality Medal BUSINESS Bosnia and Herzegovina 2014/2015 award, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

- QUDAL - Quality Medal is awarded based on market research that exclusively measures consumer experience, opinion and perception of those products and services offering the highest level of quality. According to research conducted by the Swiss company ICERTIAS under the name QUDAL Business, Sarajevo-osiguranje was chosen as the first company in BiH in terms of the quality of insurance service provision. The gold medal with a maximum of five stars for quality, awarded based on the satisfaction of insurance service users, confirms the superiority of Sarajevo-osiguranje on the insurance market - it was announced by Sarajevo-osiguranje.

 - This recognition is the result of the attitude of BiH citizens who have been convinced of the quality of Sarajevo-osiguranje's insurance services. We will continue to strive to provide all our clients with risk protection at the highest level of quality, they say at Sarajevo-osiguranje.

The status of the highest quality insurance company on the BiH insurance market is also accompanied by business results in the first ten months of this year, according to which Sarajevo-osiguranje holds the leading position in the country with achieved premium income of 55.2 million KM and paid out 24.3 million KM in claims for all types of insurance.
