The first-instance commission of the NFSBiH responded positively to the request of Željezničar, which fulfilled all criteria, administrative, sporting, legal, infrastructural, and financial, i.e., everything stipulated by the Rulebook on Licensing of Clubs of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

FK Željezničar secured participation in European competitions several rounds ago, and we remind you that this time the matches will be played at the renovated Grbavica Stadium, which also meets the criteria for playing European encounters.

This will be the first time in 13 years that Željezničar will play in European competitions as a host in Dolina ćupova.

Football Club Sarajevo has also fulfilled all the necessary criteria, including the administrative, sporting, legal, infrastructural, and financial segments.

Reviewing the club's request, the first-instance commission of the Association reviewed the reports of experts for individual criteria based on the documentation submitted by the club, and it was determined that FK Sarajevo fulfills all the necessary obligations defined by the Rulebook on Licensing of Clubs of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We remind you that the players of Football Club Sarajevo managed to secure a place in the European competition a few days ago with their results, and by obtaining the license, it has been confirmed from the administrative side as well, that all fans and sympathizers of the Maroon club will be able to watch international matches of their beloved club at the Olympic Stadium "Asim Ferhatović-Hase" this summer.

With three rounds left in the league, Željezničar and Sarajevo are fighting for the BiH championship title, while Sarajevo is also playing the Cup final against Široki Brijeg.
