(Patria) - On March 13, a public auction will offer one of the few large vacant plots within the city limits of Sarajevo, with a starting price of 23.5 million KM.

The property of the Sarajevo company Sarabon, formerly Zora, a cult candy producer whose products generations of citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina grew up with, is going up for sale through a public auction scheduled for March 13, 2026, at the Municipal Court in Sarajevo.

The subject of the sale is land in Džemala Bijedića street, at the location of the former Sarabon factory complex, with a total area of 23,555 square meters. The real estate is being sold as a single unit, and its estimated value is 23.5 million KM, which is also the starting price in the sale process.

Why is this an attractive location?

This is one of the few large vacant plots within the city limits of Sarajevo. Although it is located outside the strict center, the location is situated in an urban part of the city that is experiencing rapid development.
