Encouraged by the silence and inaction of the BiH public, the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, headed by Milanko Kajganić, is today filing a new indictment for war crimes against 13 members of the Army of RBiH.
Sejdić Ahmet, recently acquitted and now accused again, will be in the dock as a brigade commander and member of the TO Staff, further charged with alleged crimes in the villages of Klisure, Bursići, and Hadrovići in the Višegrad municipality, on August 8, 1992, which were outside the conflict and inhabited by civilians!
Kajganić did not err by filing at least one indictment for the shelling of Sarajevo, where, according to experts from the BiH Prosecutor's Office, civilians did not live, but rather those who should be killed, and which two so-called students, encouraged by the BIA, will tell us 'we were right to kill you!'
Kajganić did not err by prosecuting hate speech; he has not yet filed a single indictment for genocide denial, yet he swiftly prosecuted hate speech, for example, in the case of Fatmir Alispahić. Alispahić was ultimately acquitted, which is his only satisfaction.
However, he is not the subject of this text, but rather Kajganić and his team, who are undoubtedly rapidly turning the judiciary into a criminal court, because it is no longer an exception but a rule that cases against members of the Army of RBiH are being rushed, all in order to achieve historical revisionism and equate the warring parties. And those who attack can never be equal to those who defend themselves!
Hundreds of members of the Army of RBiH are before the Court of BiH due to mostly fabricated indictments, and before that, no one knows for sure what happened to the Hague list marked "A".
Over 300 cases of category "A" 'Rules of the Road' submitted by the Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia are hidden from the public, and nothing is being done on them, even though Annex B of the Strategy stipulates that these cases are an absolute priority for the BiH Prosecutor's Office. And all of that is a lie, a big lie.
Victims' appeals remain mere words, while the BiH Prosecutor's Office spectacularly, on orders from Belgrade, files indictments against members of the Army of RBiH and MUP of RBiH with hundreds of witnesses, who, for example, in the Dobrovoljačka case, testify against the bravest sons of this country instead of being in the dock.
Thus, in the latest case of Sejdić and others, the prosecution will prove the charges by calling over 400 witnesses and submitting over 1,200 pieces of evidence.
Similar to the cases of Atif Dudaković and others, Konjic, Čemerno, Dobrovoljačka...
Many accused, 13, 14, or even 16 in one case. Experts warn – there will be no conclusion for another 10 years, but the BiH Prosecutor's Office does not aim for the truth – although they are obliged to prove it, but rather for a spectacle for the public, as well as the torment of elderly persons in courts, who, it is feared, will not even live to see the end of the trials. Then they will have an open path for the SANU project, in which history will be written by executioners, not victims!
There is no more hiding; the enemies of BiH are publicly destroying the state, the truth, and no one is stopping them! And they devised the plan long ago in the 1990s. One such example is embodied in the name and surname Ibran Mustafić.
Mustafić has been announcing new indictments against people from Podrinje for days, specifically Bosniaks.
"I also call on three Srebrenica residents, whom SIPA is about to knock on the door, to rush to Izmir as soon as possible, because every war criminal, murderer, and criminal still has their second homeland where they are protected," Mustafić announced.
And there should be no doubt that Mustafić knows something, because he has been closely cooperating with Belgrade for a long time.
The Patria News Agency previously published a document compiled by Dragan Kijac, head of the MUP of RS in Bijeljina, addressed to the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of RS, dated July 13, 1995.
It states that Ibran Mustafić is among the captured.
- Former SDA MP in the Assembly of former BiH. Otherwise, a great opponent of Naser Orić, who, with appropriate preparation, can be effectively used in the media – the document states.
And they have been using him for a long time; he was one of the main witnesses against Naser Orić, who was acquitted by the Court of BiH.
And the projected case from Belgrade called Dobrovoljačka is based on witnesses of questionable credibility. This is already evident at the beginning of the process; these were previously members of the Army of RS, and some were villains from camps. Thus, the deputy administrator of the Batković camp near Bijeljina, Đorđo Krstić, who was also a defense witness for Ratko Mladić before the Hague Tribunal, whose testimony there was rejected precisely because of the 'function' he held, testified against the accused in the Dobrovoljačka case.
Danilo Beribaka, an decorated member of the Army of RS, also testified as a witness for the BiH Prosecutor's Office. In May 1992, he was a contract soldier – a mercenary, stationed at the Viktor Bubanj barracks. This witness, just like the previous one, Draško Đurić, was interrogated in Belgrade, but the defense does not have those statements.
Beribaka admitted in court that on May 2, 1992, he fired at Sarajevo, specifically at the Elektroprivreda building! The Prosecutor's Office has never filed charges against those who attacked Sarajevo, the capital of internationally recognized Bosnia and Herzegovina, on May 2.
And there are many such examples that prove that the Prosecutor's Office is rife with politics, which can be described in one word as Serb-Chetnik, and which is rapidly working to equate the sides, while everyone silently observes the persecution of members of the Army of RBiH and MUP.
