(Patria) - After the residents of Vogošća were left without heating last night, the Minister of Communal Economy of KS, Mladen Pandurević, announced a criminal complaint against the director of Bags-Energotehnika.
"Why have the competent authorities not acted on the criminal complaint for a year and a half? If it is not justified, then it should be dismissed. If it is, we demand action on that complaint. The only permanent solution for these people is the construction of a new heating plant. 12 million KM have been allocated in the Sarajevo Canton Budget for this year, Toplane has prepared a conceptual design and submitted a request for a building permit. We have the promise of the Mayor of Vogošća Municipality that he will issue the building permit next week.
After that, the detailed design will be completed, and we hope that by the end of February, Toplane will obtain a construction permit, which is a condition for inclusion in the public investment program of Sarajevo Canton and for the announcement of a public call for the construction of the heating plant. According to my expectations, this year we should have a new heating plant in Vogošća with a capacity of 20 MW, to which, in addition to two schools, the police, the Municipality, and the Cultural Sports Center, a kindergarten and over 600 apartments would be connected. In addition, all future, as well as existing apartments not connected to the district heating system, could be connected. This solves the heating problem in the municipality of Vogošća in the long term, over the next 20 years," concluded Minister Pandurević.
"As for the situation at the company Bags Energotehnika, heating was restored 2.5 hours ago. Last night and this morning, we had emergency meetings, and I asked the fuel oil suppliers to lend us fuel without any contract, without any legal basis. The first tanker is already on its way, and a continuous fuel supply is ensured until the end of the heating season," said the Minister of Communal Economy, Infrastructure, Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection of KS, Mladen Pandurević, at today's press conference, thanking Mr. Ahmetović, the owner of Hifa Oil company, for his professional attitude and understanding.
The Minister further stated that at this moment, the company Bags Energotehnika, according to their claims, has 30 tons of fuel oil, which is enough for approximately six days of operation, which is why there was no reason to leave over 600 households without heating.
"No bills have been reduced. For example, heating in October was charged at full price, and we didn't have heating, as evidenced by the residents of Vogošća.
"Our rights must be realized and protected. We see salvation in that new heating plant. We will actively continue to be part of all steps, collecting documentation. Our doors are open in all institutions that will be part of the heating plant construction. What we noticed is that during December, we had 24-hour heating, the heating was never turned off. We can only conclude that this is the reason why Bags ran out of fuel oil, which was supposed to last for 110 days, and it ran out on the 69th day – said a resident of Vogošća, as reported by Hayat..
Let us remind you, central heating for the residents of Vogošća was turned on today in agreement with the Government of Sarajevo Canton.
