The US, UK, and EU must finally choose whether they are for policies of genocide and the Joint Criminal Enterprise or for BiH as a sovereign state!?

Milorad Dodik has been repeating the idea of dividing Bosnia and Herzegovina for months and years and is continuously working on that division. He will probably work even more after the all-Serbian assembly. On the other hand, Dragan Čović once announced that the HDZ wants a third (Croatian) entity.

The unfulfilled and unhidden dreams of dismembering Bosnia and Herzegovina into small states, like the governorates of neighbors, have clearly never stopped being the core of the agendas of Serb-Croat policies.

No matter how much certain political entities, timed in a specific time and circumstances, try to offer compromises, it is definitely clear today that compromise with Serb-Croat policy is absolutely the same as surrendering the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Serb-Croat policy of dismemberment.

Three times in two decades we have had projects and attempts at compromise policies. From the Alliance for Change, through the political pact of SDP and SND, to today's Troika, the international community, above all, has tried to find a formula by which Bosnia and Herzegovina would transition from the post-war transitional phase to some Brussels, European phase of development and reforms.

The fact is that these foreign creators of compromise projects in BiH have each time pulled a rabbit out of the Bosniak hat and dictated to him a policy of appeasement towards Serb and Croat policies in BiH. The Alliance and the Troika are very similar in the number of parties gathered in creating the project, as well as in the ideas offered through that project.

However, it is already clear that all these projects have failed, and the reasons should be sought nowhere else but in the fact that Serb-Croat policy in BiH does not want compromise, because it has never moved an inch from its war goals. True, these "assembled" multi-party political entities did not have any strategic approach other than exploiting the benefits of power and an indolent attitude towards Serb-Croat policy.

All three projects involved undermining the electoral will of Bosniaks and others, which, under the auspices of the international community, was transformed into coalitions for compromise. At the end of the mandates of these projects, we had crises that were usually on the verge of renewing conflict and moving the country away from the reform and integration path.

The Troika, as the last such political project, has probably endangered Bosnia and Herzegovina as an independent state the most with its political indolence combined with greedy interests, handing over institutions and policy-making to the HDZ and SNSD. Parties that do not give up a single promille from the war policies of Zagreb and Belgrade.
Although domestic implementers cannot be absolved of guilt for their condescending and treacherous policy, the greatest responsibility lies with the international creators of these projects. And those international creators were led by the USA, Great Britain, and the EU.

Therefore, although they are perceived in BiH as foreign policy friends, allies, and key goals, it is clear that these three key subjects of the global order, with their poor creations, have been pushing Bosnia and Herzegovina into a permanent crisis on the brink of conflict.

Unless the maintenance of a frozen conflict until the final collapse of BiH and the creation of three large mono-ethnic states in the Balkans is not the sole goal of the USA, Great Britain, and the EU, the last moment has arrived to direct Bosnia and Herzegovina in the opposite direction from where it is moving today.

In other words, it is time for the reorganization of the territorial arrangement, the political system, and ultimately a new Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina. There are too many arguments, from the fact that the current constitutional arrangement is only suitable for crisis producers, that Bosnia and Herzegovina is an apparatus for discrimination and human rights violations, to the fact that this is a state where the results of genocide, the Joint Criminal Enterprise, and ethnic cleansing are valued…

The current arrangement of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the result of a peace agreement, or rather, the product of war actions and the double aggression of Serbia and Croatia against Bosnia and Herzegovina. Perpetrators of a wide range of war crimes such as genocide and the Joint Criminal Enterprise were rewarded with the creation of lower administrative units along the demarcation lines of defense and aggressor forces.

Despite the peace agreement, Bosnia and Herzegovina has never emerged from the war, because its political system and territorial arrangement are absolutely a form produced by war actions.

Entities and cantons therefore cannot survive, and their abolition is key to completely stopping the destabilizing projects of hegemonism in Belgrade and Zagreb.

And the responsibility for this lies primarily with the international community, i.e., its three key factors. Because, these factors, along with the criminal gangs under the command of Belgrade and Zagreb, are most responsible for the current appearance of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It is high time that, instead of failures like the Alliance and the Troika, this international community decisively moves towards a change that will put an end to the story of dismembering Bosnia and Herzegovina once and for all and turn this country towards integration into NATO and the EU.

This is the only possible path; everything else is a time bomb leading to the final collapse of this state. And the USA, Great Britain, and the EU must finally show with actions that they support the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and Euro-Atlantic path of BiH. Otherwise, they are accomplices to the perpetrators of genocide and the Joint Criminal Enterprise, because the dismemberment of BiH is a victory for those criminal policies!
