
(Patria) - The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH, during its session held yesterday and today in Sarajevo, made a decision on the appointment of judicial office holders in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
At the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the following were appointed:
‣ Karadža Adina, to the position of prosecutor at the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
‣ Sarajlija Sabina, to the position of prosecutor at the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
‣ Radovanović Sokić Željka, to the position of prosecutor at the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
At the level of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the following were appointed:
‣ Rimac Danko, to the position of chief prosecutor of the Canton 10 Prosecutor's Office - Livno;
‣ Fuško Šemsudin, to the position of chief prosecutor of the Central Bosnia Canton Prosecutor's Office;
‣ Hrstić Mladen, to the position of chief prosecutor of the West Herzegovina Canton Prosecutor's Office;
‣ Kreštalica Sead, to the position of deputy chief prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office.
At the level of Republika Srpska, the following was appointed:
‣ Vukadin Anica, to the position of deputy chief prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Istočno Sarajevo.
When making the Appointment Decision, the HJPC BiH took into account criteria such as: professional knowledge, work experience and work results; professional abilities based on past career achievements; ability to perform duties impartially, conscientiously, diligently, decisively and responsibly within the scope of the function for which they are applying; relationship with work colleagues, behavior outside of work, professional impartiality and reputation, and experience in management positions.
Upon appointment, the HJPC BiH applies the relevant constitutional provisions governing equal rights and representation of constituent peoples and others, and respects gender equality.
Furthermore, the HJPC BiH made a decision on taking office for judicial office holders who were appointed in the previous period, starting from 08.04.2026:
‣ Softić Merisa, prosecutor at the Tuzla Canton Prosecutor's Office;
‣ Majkić Marko, judge at the Basic Court in Prijedor;
‣ Cvijetinović Jovana, judge at the Basic Court of Commerce in Bijeljina;
‣ Alibašić Mirsada, judge at the Municipal Court in Zenica;
‣ Mandić Tomislav, judge at the Municipal Court in Široki Brijeg;
‣ Šarenac Siniša, judge at the Municipal Court in Kiseljak;
‣ Trifković Sanja, judge at the Basic Court in Trebinje;
‣ Halilović Alija, judge at the Municipal Court in Goražde;
‣ Bašić Edin, judge at the Basic Court in Zvornik.
