Handball Dragons visit Klas company and enjoy their products

Players of the Bosnia and Herzegovina handball national team, along with the selector and management of the Handball Federation of BiH, visited the food industry company Klas d.d. Sarajevo today. The delegation was received by Klas director Rusmir Hrvić with associates, as announced by this company, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

The guests toured Klas's production facilities, after which a casual gathering was organized. In a relaxed atmosphere, the players told the hosts about the match against Slovakia played a few days ago in Tuzla, as well as their wishes and expectations for the upcoming match in Kaunas against the national team of Lithuania.

- Klas has been supporting the BiH Handball National Team since last year. It is truly an honor for us that such a large private domestic company is our official sponsor. With this visit, we wanted to personally thank Klas and the AS Group for supporting the development of Bosnian handball and the handball national team's participation in European and world competitions. We are glad to have seen certain segments of Klas's production, which we truly perceive as a giant in the food industry of BiH - said Enid Tahirović, President of the Handball Federation of BiH.

Words of gratitude to the sponsor were also expressed by Smajo Karačić, General Secretary of the Handball Federation of BiH, and Dragan Marković, selector of the BiH handball national team, expressing optimism about the outcome of the qualifications for the World Handball Championship in France.

- Handball is among the most successful and most trophy-winning sports in Bosnia and Herzegovina with outstanding results. We are proud to have been part of the World Championship held earlier this year in Qatar with the Handball National Team, and we can already announce that we will extend the sponsorship contract for the qualifications for the World Championship in France in 2017. The BiH Handball National Team deserves it. You are the pride of our nation, and I truly think and feel that - said Rusmir Hrvić, director of Klas.
