Handball Dragons Receive Congratulations from FK Sarajevo and BiH Handball Federation

The BiH handball team defeated Iceland 33:32 in the "Mirza Delibašić" hall as part of the playoffs for the World Championship in Qatar. Despite a small number of spectators, the handball Dragons managed to defeat the Icelanders through great effort and dedication. The second leg will be played on June 15th in Reykjavik, reports the Patria News Agency.

Congratulations have been pouring in for the handball players since early morning. Among the first to congratulate the Handball Federation and the players were representatives of FK Sarajevo. The General Secretary of the Basketball Federation of BiH, Harun Mahmutović, also congratulated the handball players.

- A great handball giant has fallen - Iceland! Hats off to the guys and the handball federation – said Mahmutović.
