BiH Handball Team Best Sports Collective

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - According to the assessment of the "Movement for Europe and European Integrations", and in the presence of many world ambassadors and High Representative Valentin Inzko, as well as representatives of the political and public life of our country, the BiH handball team has been chosen as the best sports collective of our country. This exceptional recognition was received by the director of the national handball teams, Gordan Muzurović.

- Athletes of every country, and in this case our handball players, are usually the better part of every society, not only by achieved results but also as an example of true human values that, as such, create the atmosphere of a society. The handball team is a classic example of how it should look. I thank the people who recognized our path, especially in the principles of operation that relate to the youth selections which are currently living and working across the vast territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and with this commitment, we will continue to build a better tomorrow for our handball in the country, as a whole, on sports principles - said Muzurović.

Muzurović stated that regardless of the problems they face, they can proudly point out that at this moment we have all five national selections in operation, which are building their future exclusively on sports principles, which is the commitment and strategy of national team activities as well as the strategy of the Handball Federation of BiH as a whole.

- If these are European principles, and they clearly are, then we are even more grateful for the awarded recognition, which is concrete support for further work - said Muzurović.
