SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Bosnia and Herzegovina handball players arrived in Bratislava tonight where they will play in the upcoming Euro 2022 which is held from January 13 to 30 in Slovakia and Hungary.
Our team plays its first match on Thursday against Sweden, two days later we play against the Czech Republic, and on January 17 we will face the Spanish.
The top two teams from the group will advance to the next stage.
Coach Ivica Obrvan will not be able to count on Admir Ahmetašević, Dino Hamidović, Alen Ovčina, and Elmir Građan for the first matches due to a positive coronavirus test, as they must spend five days in isolation and have two consecutive negative tests to join the team.
