Bosnia and Herzegovina handball players play crucial qualifier against Switzerland

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Bosnia and Herzegovina national handball team, as part of the qualifications for the 2019 World Championship in Germany and Denmark, will visit Switzerland tonight.

Switzerland currently has two points more than the “Dragons”, so Bilal Šuman’s selected players are under the imperative of victory, which will not be easy to achieve given that Ivan Karačić, Nikola Prce and Senjamin Burić will certainly not be available.

- Without calculations, we can say that tonight’s match is decisive and that we must win. The situation with the players is difficult, but as in any sport, those who are not there, we must manage without them.

I believe we still have the quality, desire and will to play well. We want to show that we can beat Switzerland. We care about reaching the playoffs and that would be a great success given the recent events - said Šuman.

After tonight’s match in Switzerland, our team will play against the same opponent in three days in Tuzla.
