Bosnia and Herzegovina handball players definitively out of the World Cup in Egypt

(Patrai) - Bosnia and Herzegovina handball players will definitively not play in the World Championship in Egypt in 2021. Bosnia and Herzegovina handball players will definitively not play in the World Championship in Egypt in 2021.

The International Handball Federation (IHF) did not grant our national team a special invitation for this competition. As officially announced, the special invitation went to Poland and Romania.

The play-off was previously cancelled due to the coronavirus situation, thus the Dragons were left without a chance to fight for the World Cup.

List of participants of the 2021 World Championship in Egypt:

Host: Egypt.
World Champion: Denmark.
Africa: Algeria, Angola, Cape Verde, DR Congo, Morocco, Tunisia.
Asia: Bahrain, Japan, Qatar, South Korea.
Europe: Austria, Belarus, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Slovenia, Sweden.
South and Central America: Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay.
Wildcards: Poland, Russia.
