Handball: U-16, U-18 and BiH League selection gather in Sarajevo

The selector of the Bosnia and Herzegovina handball national team, Bilal Šuman, together with his associates, gathered three selections on Friday at the Hollywood Hotel in Ilidža. The players who make up the BiH League selection, as well as the U-18 and U-16 teams, will stay in Ilidža on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, announced the RS BiH, as reported by Patria.

The expedition consists of 81 members, who are working hard in truly excellent conditions.

In addition to quality team training sessions, which are held at the KSC „Ilidža“, as well as the halls of the Fifth and Dobrinja Gymnasium, a team of experts from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport in Tuzla conducted testing of the players who make up the league selection.

Also, several players from the U-18 team who were not at the first gathering in October were tested. Each player now has their own file, and their development will be regularly monitored in the future.

This is already the second gathering of the U-18 and U-16 selections, continuing the trend introduced by selector Šuman after his appointment, which had not been present in our handball before. This creates a base of players who will carry our national handball in the future.

The players will be together until Sunday, when they will return home after lunch.
